    Job Description:         
    ·       Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including train, mentor, lead & motivate bar staff.
    ·       Develop comprehensive knowledge of beverages, and create drink recipes & menus.
    ·       Maintain inventory of bar supplies and ingredients, work with suppliers to source best items, monitor and control costs, and manage bar paperwork.
    ·       Collaborate with management team to develop & implement strategies (e.g. promo events) to drive profitability.
    ·       Ensure bar area stays clean & organized, and that legal and safety regulations are followed.
    ·       Engage with customers including handle requests and complaints, using good communication skills.
    ·       Schedule & manage bar staff shifts & breaks for adequate staffing levels.
    ·       Supervise the work of other bartenders.
    ·       Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

    Job Requirements:     
    ·       One (1) year of bartender and/or food & beverage supervisory experience in high-volume or high-end bar, restaurant, resort or private club.
    ·       One (1) year of experience in the following: customer service, mixology, operating bar equipment, and as team lead.  

    Salary: $41,538.00 - $52,265.00/year 



  • Gulf Harbour Golf & Country Club, Inc. d/b/a Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club (Fort Myers, FL) seeks Lead Servers as follows:  

    Job Description:
    · Lead the server team, ensuring delivery of exceptional service to restaurant customers.   Duties include:
    ·       Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the dining area, including table assignments, seating arrangements, and server rotations.
    ·       Supervise, train, lead, guide, motivate, & support assigned team (servers & dining room helpers). Conduct regular team meetings.
    ·       Maintain thorough knowledge of menu, ingredients, & special dietary needs.
    ·       Serve customers when needed: greet, set up, take & place orders, run food, carry & serve items, and clean & clear tables.
    ·       Monitor and ensure orders accuracy, including special requests. Continuously evaluate and improve service quality.
    ·       Collaborate with management & kitchen staff to help coordinate front & back of house, and to develop and implement service standards & process.
    ·       Ensure dining area stays clean & organized, and that health & safety regulations are followed.
    ·       Engage with customers including handle requests & complaints, using good communication skills.
    ·       Schedule & manage staff shifts & breaks for adequate staffing levels.
    ·       Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.  

     Job Requirements:     
    ·       One (1) year of experience as a server in a high-volume or high-end restaurant.
    ·       One (1) year of experience in the following:  customer service, food & beverage service techniques including menu recommendations, use of point-of-sale (POS) system, and team lead.
    ·       Six (6) months of experience with wine pairing   Salary: $41,538.00 - $52,265.00/year
