Do you have to live in Gulf Harbour to join?

No, we have many members who reside outside of Gulf Harbour.

Do you have any memberships available for sale?

Yes. We are selling a few memberships which are owned by members who determine the sale price. We have some very attractively priced memberships available now.

Why are the memberships that are available for sale offered at different prices?

Members can offer their membership for sale at whatever price they choose.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer two types of memberships: Golf and Sports. The Golf Membership gives members access to all amenities including unlimited golf, tennis, fitness center including numerous classes, Day Spa, waterfront dining, lots of parties, events and activities. The Sports Membership gives members access to all amenities, with unlimited off-season golf (May thru October) and limited golf from November thru April (2 times per month per membership).

Are these family memberships that you are offering?

Yes. Individuals or married couples, along with unmarried children up to twenty-three years of age, are eligible to join.

What are the annual dues associated with each type of membership?

Golf - $9,812
Sports - $4,840
These are paid in two installments - June and December of each year.

Who owns the Club and Amenities?

As of January 1, 2009, the Members took over ownership.

Has the Club ever assessed the Members?

No. As a matter of fact, since the Members took over the Club in 2009, we have spent over $3.5 million on Capital improvements with no assessment. We are financially solid.

Do you allow the public to play the course?

No, we are a private Club.

Are you kid friendly?

Yes, we offer pool parties, barbecues, and holiday parties for children and grandchildren. Children enjoy tennis and golf as well as swimming in the pool.

Do you have a Food & Beverage minimum?

No, we do not.

If we join, how would you help us meet people?

We have a Program that enables new members to be connected with and introduced to existing members with similar interests. It's a great way to get to meet new people quickly.
