“We hosted a luncheon for our engineering college alumni association. The University personnel were very impressed with the facilities, the food and the way Georgine and the staff handled the whole event. I can say I was very proud of the Club. The university holds about six of these events at country clubs around Florida each year and they told me this was one of the best, if not the best, meeting venue and food they had ever encountered. I have to agree that was one delicious meal. So, I want to thank you and your staff for the splendid job they did."

It was terrific from start to finish and it is all due to your genius! The tables looked great, the bar set-up was fabulous, and the appetizers and dinner surpassed my expectations. My guests are still talking about the Wonton Shrimp and the Coconut Grouper! Your suggestion of hiring our DJ was right on - he was everything I could ask for in a DJ.
