The community also offers one of the most unique, secure and exclusive yacht basins in Southwest Florida.  Home of a magnificent 186 slip deep water marina, the Gulf Harbour Marina provides a secluded weather protection haven for yachts ranging in size from 30 feet to 100 feet.  The Marina also offers yachtsmen full service with gas, diesel fuel, slip side electricity, telephone, TV and the ships' store.  By water, the Gulf Harbour community is located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Marker #73 (Latitude 26 31.19.0 N, Longitude 81 56.19.0 W) on the Caloosahatchee River (NOAA Chart #11427) and only 4.5 nautical miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
